Privacy Trust Center

Healthcare coordination requires trust. We use progressive disclosure, explicit consent, human review, and audit logging to protect sensitive information.

Privacy-first medical assistance

Start simple. Upload sensitive records only when needed.

  • We collect only what is needed to help with your request.
  • Your medical files are stored securely and are not public.
  • Only authorized care coordinators can access sensitive case information.
  • We never sell personal or medical data.
  • We do not use your medical files to train AI models.
  • We only share records with hospitals after your explicit approval.

Before sharing your case with any hospital, we will show you exactly what will be sent and ask for your approval.

What we collect

We collect contact information, care goals, location, preferred timing, and medical information only when it is needed to coordinate your request.

What we do not collect by default

We do not require medical records on first contact. We do not collect passport numbers or detailed identifiers unless a specific coordination step requires it.

Why records may be needed

Hospitals and specialists may need records before they can confirm department fit, estimate costs, or decide whether they can review a case.

Who can access your case

Only authorized coordinators and reviewers can access sensitive case information. Sensitive access is logged.

When we share with hospitals

We prepare a preview of the selected summary and files, then ask for your approval before sending information to a provider.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for care coordination, operational records, security, and legal obligations. Verified deletion requests are handled within a reasonable timeframe.

Request deletion

You can request deletion or anonymization at any time. We will verify identity before taking action.
